Each project requires 3–5 days in person (we'll come to you) and then several weeks of follow-up. Some engagements are longer term, with ongoing support and iterations for up to 12 months. We'll find a deal that works best for you.

While we'd love to take all the credit for our clients' results, the truth is our clients are exceptional entrepreneurs with exceptional products who work extremely hard to make things happen.

We aim to structure every agreement as win-win, where a majority of our compensation is performance based.

We don't usually work with unproven offers and products unless (a) the client has a large, existing audience (+100,000) and (b) we are extremely confident that the client's following will want to purchase the new product. If you think this is you, let's talk about it on your call.

We'd prefer not to. It's difficult to make impactful changes in just a few hours together, and in order to do so it usually requires at least a full day of prep and research on our end before we even have the call, and then after our call we are unable to help and adjust if you struggle, which is frustrating for both of us. However, if you still insist, we do have half-day consulting packages, which range between $25k–$75k depending on your situation.

No. We only work with experts, coaches, consultants (see /for-experts), tech founders (see /for-tech-founders) and content creators with large audiences (see /for-creators). We do not have options for local businesses, service providers, physical ecommerce products, hardware products, or financial services, agencies, freelancers (unless they happen to be large content creators or have complementary consulting or software offerings in their business).

Niches we don't work with: We avoid grey-area industries. A good rule of thumb is, if Stripe or Whop won't process your payments, we probably aren't a good fit. If you think you are an exception, please reach out.

Niches we are cautious about working with: Online marketers, online business coaches, communication experts. We love you... we are you... but we've discovered it's uncommon to be able to take feedback in areas where you already view yourself as an expert. Not to say everyone in these niches is hard to work with (after all, the ultimate guru of online marketing and online business Russell Brunson is one of our favorite clients), but we approach these niches more carefully.

Persuasion Now, our private group meet-up where we discuss what is working now in sales presentations and virtual event GTM strategies, is invite only. The best way to get an invite is to get another attendee to vouch for you.

It usually happens because we make an exception to our 'who we accept' rules and the client isn't able to fully execute all the strategies we have with the resources they've got. This is why we continue to get more selective about the clients we choose to work with.
